	ICO2BMP is a tool for converting icons to bitmaps (of the same name). It will automatically
convert one or a list of icon files to bitmap files giving the resulting bitmap files the same 
name as the icon files with a >bmp extension. ICO2BMP is also a handy tool for see you icon
files. By moving to a directory with multiple icon files you can use the arrow ketys to move
through the list of icons while seeing each as the selection bar highlights the icon name.

	The files contained in the zip are:

	1. THREED.VBX - Necessary for the 3-D effects.
	2. BMPVIEW.EXE - The program executable
	3. BMPVIEW.HLP - Windows helpfile for BMPVIEW
	4. README.TXT - This file.

	Copy BMPVIEW.EXE and BMPVIEW.HLP into a directory of your choice. VBRUN300.DLL and 
THREED.VBX should be copied to your Windows directory or your Windows/System directory.

	To setup the BMPVIEW simply add it to an existing Windows Group or create a new 
Windows Group and add the BMPVIEW.EXE to the  by running Program Manager File New add
program item and selecting BMPVIEW.EXE from the browse dialog box after moving to the
drive and directory which contains the program and help file.

	If you have any questions consult your Microsoft Windows Manual.

	BMPVIEW is distributed free. You have the right to distribute the software for
non-commercial purposes in it's original (without modification) form. You are also 
encouraged to contact the author with suggestions for enhancements, problems (bugs), and/or
comments.

	
	Note: THREED.VBX used in this program is the latest version. If you have a 
	previous version from VB 1.0 or 2.0 make an archive copy of your old THREED.VBX
	and replace it with the included THREED.VBX.
